Stunning Results for SJCS in National Survey

During the 2008-09 school year, SJCS participated in the largest survey of Jewish day school parents ever conducted. The Partnership for Excellence in Jewish Education (PEJE) and Measuring Success, LLC surveyed 6,500 parents in 36 schools to gather parent satisfaction data that would allow each school to create an action plan with measurable goals to further advance its mission. Thanks to the generosity of donors to the Campaign for SJCS, we welcomed our Chai Fives students to SJCS this fall. This innovative program responds to unmet need in our community with a full-time, Jewish day school program for the younger five year-old. Purchase of our campus allowed us to add this new option.

100% of Trustees, 100% of faculty and staff, and 80% of current parents have made pledges. Leadership gifts from the community and our constituents have brought us to 68% of our $5 million goal.
