Chai Fives is a Jewish day school program for children who will turn five from June 1 through December 31, 2009. Chai Fives is designed to meet the cognitive, developmental, social, and emotional needs of “young fives” in a full-day setting. Chai Fives gives children extra time to grow ready for kindergarten in a stimulating environment expressly devoted to the child turning five. Chai Fives emphasizes learning through play, social development/integration, and an experiential approach designed to engage young students through all of their senses.

SJCS welcomes Kadima to our North Seattle campus on June 1, 2009.
Kadima is Seattle's progressive reconstructionist community integrating celebration, study, and work for social justice. Kadima's lease includes office space adjacent to our main building and classroom use when SJCS is not in session.
